Basic Criteria – 5.0% Easy-drinking Kolsch-style ale.
Three Twigs Pils* – 5.4% Czech-style pilsner, served on side-pull from serving tank. (Gluten-reduced)
Blood Orange Tart – 6.0% tart wheat ale fermented with blood oranges and tangerines.
Papa Don’t Peach* – 5.6% Hefeweizen fermented with peaches for some fruit-forward refreshment.
Jayne NEIPA – 4.8% hazy session IPA with MI Cashmere hops.
NZ Pils – 5.6% Hoppier take on pilsner brewed with NZ-grown Rakau hops.
Tanky Stardust* – 5.0% Session West Coast-style hazy IPA w/ Idaho Gem and Galaxy hops.
Gratzer* – 3.0% Smoky!!! Historical Polish beer style brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt.
Euclid v Amber – 4.3% Czech-style amber lager with a malty richness.
Pembroke Stout – 4.5% Coffee milk stout brewed with lactose.
Uncle Hank’s Cider – 6.5% crisp dry cider with a little help from our friends at Left Foot Charley.
Clear Skies Cider – 6.0% dry cider with Ida Red and McIntosh apples via Tandem Ciders.
Sensor Anomalies – Rotating Ciders selected by JP
Radiant Red Wine – 12.7% Merlot-based red blend with just enough sweetness.
Weightless White Wine – 12.0% Pinot Grigio, great for warmer weather.
Cultured Kombucha on Draft! – 0.0% Rotating flavors…ask your bartender!
